Bluegrass

Bluegrass was born out of frustration with the IT support industry. Having been client-side and experienced the shortcomings in the IT support industry, we wanted to break the mould and offer something different.

Recognising the flaws in the traditional break-fix model of IT support we opted for an alternative approach. Our IT managed service is more proactive than reactive and rather than charge for out-of-hours support we include it as standard.

As your IT partner, you can trust that we’ll be there to help whenever you need it.

We aim to help your business succeed through technology, whether that’s as your managed support provider or delivering an IT project or advice.
